We are sorry, but we do not ship any products to private customers outside Norway.

We currently only deliver to private customers within Norway from our B2C online store (excluding Jan Mayen and Svalbard).

To ensure your package arrives safely and as quickly as possible, it is important that your address, name, email address, and mobile phone number are correctly filled in. Please double-check everything before completing your order. If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive your order confirmation or pickup notification.

Important! Remember the pickup deadline for packages delivered to stores
For store pickup, PostNord’s deadline is 1 week. Packages not collected within this time will be returned to us. Return shipping is free. We will automatically cancel the order when we receive it and refund the value of the goods to the payment method you used (Vipps or Klarna).

Discount codes
If you have a discount code, enter it in the discount code field when you reach the shopping cart. Type in your code and click “Activate.” The discount will then be applied to your purchase. If you forget to do this in the cart, you can also enter the discount code at checkout before completing your purchase.
