At Houseofyarn.no we do not perform exchanges when returning items. If you want to exchange yarn for another color or a different product, you must place a new order for the desired item in the webshop and return the item you do not wish to keep using PostNord return. Returns are free provided you return the items with PostNord as described below.

Use the return label and return form that were included in the box when you received the item.
If the return label was missing or you have lost it, please contact us by email for further assistance. 
 
 

  • The items you return to us will be credited via Vipps or Klarna when we receive the return at our warehouse.
  • Once we have processed your return, the associated invoice will be updated. If you chose Klarna invoice and have not paid it, the item(s) will be removed from the invoice and you will receive an updated invoice by email. If you already paid by card when ordering or paid the invoice, you will usually receive a refund from Klarna within 1–5 business days after the return has been processed by us.

Please note:  

  • Processing time for a return can take up to 2 weeks from when we receive it.
  • If you have not paid the Klarna invoice, it may be wise to freeze your invoice if, for example, the due date is approaching, to avoid reminders.
  • You can easily freeze the invoice (report a return) via “My Page” at www.klarna.no, via Klarna’s app, or by calling their customer service at +47 21 01 89 91.
  • If you do not pay the invoice by the due date and do not notify Klarna that the items are being returned and the invoice should be frozen while waiting for return processing, late fees from Klarna may apply to the unpaid invoice. Any late fees from Klarna are your responsibility as the customer.

Note! We do not accept returns of sale items that are no longer in the assortment unless there is a defect with the item. In such cases, it will be treated as a complaint. If there is a defect in an item purchased on sale and it is discontinued from our assortment, we will try to find a solution for you, provided you contact us within 30 days after the item was purchased. Contact us by email.
